Hello caregivers and students! Your child should choose 1 activity below in each column. Then color in the box that was chosen when the activity is completed. Please have your child return this sheet to school with your signature within two days of the school closure. This is so the school can mark your student as having attended that day. If you do not have a printer at home, please feel free to send in a note with your signature stating that your child has completed the learning at home. Thank you!
