Welcome to Monticello Nature Based Program!
Monticello Nature-Based Education is part of the Monticello Public Schools located at the Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park. We currently provide classes for Pre-K, kindergarten, 4th and 5th grade students. Nature Based students are immersed in the outdoors each day. Students learn and play outside, using their environment to achieve the same learning standards as their peers do in a brick-and-mortar setting. Nature is our classroom!

January 19–25, 2026, is officially proclaimed as Paraprofessional Recognition Week in the State of Minnesota, and we are proud to join in celebrating our incredible paraprofessionals here at Monticello School District.
Our paraprofessionals play a vital role in supporting students, classrooms, and schools each and every day. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment help make learning possible and meaningful for all.

Eastview Education Center is excited to welcome future preschool students and their families to our Preschool Open House on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This event is a great opportunity to explore our preschool programs, meet the teachers, and get a glimpse of the engaging learning environment we offer.
Preschool registration opens online on March 5 at 8:00 a.m. at monticello.ce.eleyo.com.
